Return Instructions:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: When you send the item back, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. For an exchange, please provide the specifications for the item you wish to receive, for example, product, size, color, etc.

 Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus shipping cost and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution for your refund to post.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests please send us an email at with pictures of the defective/ damaged item.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

To return your product, please contact us so we can provide you with a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
